- ➤ The Chippewa Valley Technical College Board will vote on a proposed budget that lowers the mill rate to $61.75 per $100,000—after a 7% property value rise—during a May 28 public hearing at 1 p.m. in the Business Education Center; the tax levy will be set in October. WQOW
