Old North Tattoo in Eau Claire is hosting a Toys for Tats charity drive where donors who contribute toys worth $100 receive a holiday-themed tattoo (marking its second year) to benefit Toys for Tots, and the team hopes to beat last year's 129 toy donations.

After a man fell through the ice on the Chippewa River Thursday, the Sheldon Fire Department in Willard warned local anglers to check ice conditions and avoid fishing alone.
