Phillips Memorial Public Library are collecting donations through December 15 for the 31st annual Give a Kid a Book program that will distribute new, unwrapped children's books to kids and young adults in the Chippewa Valley. Community members may donate money or drop off books at the library bookstore or Seasonal Bear display (suggested donations include board books, picture books, and titles for older children in various languages).
