- ➤ Families gathered at Eleva Lake Park for the second annual Light Up the Park event hosted by Eleva-Strum Rail Riders and Hopland-Moen American Legion Post 459, enjoying fireworks, a light display, Santa, and the Grinch during the holiday season. Organizers said the lights are on nightly from 4:40 p.m. to 11 p.m.—they can also be seen from 5 a.m. to 7:30 a.m. through mid-January. WEAU
