UW-Eau Claire celebrated its 100th homecoming on Saturday with a parade on Water Street—featuring over 400 members of the Blugold Marching Band who energized the event as local leaders recalled the university's long-standing impact on the community.

UW-Stout's Blue Devils beat UW-Eau Claire 42-17 on Saturday—Adam Moen threw two touchdowns and rushed for two more as his team secured its 10th straight win.

The win improved UW-Stout's record to 3-1 while UWEC fell to 3-1 and will face UW-La Crosse next week.

On October 4, the conference slate showed UW-Stout beating UW-Eau Claire in the I‑94 Rivalry game and UW‑La Crosse defeating UW‑Whitewater in a double‑overtime thriller—UW‑River Falls lost to UW‑Oshkosh and the Blugolds earned a 3‑0 win against UW‑Stout in soccer.
