Good morning, Eau Claire.

Today, National Night Out takes place at Carson Park from 5:30 to 8 p.m. in Eau Claire, featuring food, music, police vehicle tours + a tug-of-war between police and fire; similar family-friendly events occur in nearby Chippewa Falls, Menomonie, Altoona, and Bloomer.

Over 130 artists gathered on the UW-Eau Claire campus Saturday for the annual Chalkfest, a day-long display organized by Volume One with support from the university and Xcel Energy.
