Good morning, Eau Claire. Here's your local news at a glance for Wednesday, the 30th of July.

  • Animal shelters in Eau Claire are busy this summer as rising costs lead more pet owners to surrender their animals, and the Eau Claire Community Humane Association (ECCHA) cares for 175 animals in shelters and foster homes. The upgrade will add to the park's summer offerings and complement its winter amenities (disc golf, mountain bike trails and pump track).  WQOW
