- ➤ The Eau Claire City Council will meet Monday at 6 p.m. for public hearings and Tuesday at 4 p.m. for a legislative session to review a 400-page draft called the Century Code Update—this draft will change zoning rules in neighborhoods and retail areas. The council will also consider updates to urban forestry rules and may rename part of Gibson Street to Better Way—linking the change to a future resource center for people experiencing homelessness.
