Hundreds gathered for the second annual Sawdust City Tattoo Invitational on Father's Day weekend when Old North Tattoo hosted a three-day event featuring live tattooing and art techniques.

Organizer Shannon Nordin said the event was meant to change local views of tattooing — drawing interest from artists across Wisconsin, Nashville, and San Diego.

Downtown Eau Claire, Inc. announced it is accepting applications for its 2025 Downtown Enhancement Grant program—proposals will support improvements in downtown.
