- ➤ Chippewa County Board voted 18 to 2 Tuesday night to amend its security agreement with Chippewa Valley Music Festivals by lowering the overtime rate to 1.5 for law enforcement at events through 2028 — the sheriff will set staffing levels, affecting festivals such as Hoofbeat, Rock Fest and Force Fields.
