- ➤ More than 5,000 runners started the 2025 Eau Claire Marathon on Sunday morning—kicking off a weekend of multiple races in Eau Claire. Leader-Telegram
- ➤ Ole the Ox and lumberjack Jake, the Eau Claire Axemen mascots, visited Hy-Vee on Clairemont Ave early Sunday to offer photo opportunities, fun activities and giveaways for kids and families ahead of football games on Memorial Day weekend. - ➤ Runners began the Eau Claire Marathon today with over 5,000 participants in races from 5K to the full marathon.
