- ➤ Police arrested Andrey Yakovlevich Sichuga, 32, after he tried to enter Putnam Heights Elementary carrying a loaded handgun on Thursday even though he is banned from district properties; he resisted officers when they stopped him—charges include carrying a firearm on school grounds, resisting an officer and disorderly conduct.
