- ➤ The Altoona School District referendum passed yesterday with 1,655 votes in favor (1,131 opposed), approving $15.6 million for repairs and upgrades that include new mechanical, energy, and plumbing systems, as well as a refreshed roof, windows, and doors. WQOW
