GOVERNMENT NEWS

  • City and county officials are tracking water levels in Eau Claire as melting snow+rain boosts runoff this spring, and they plan to alert residents if conditions change.  Leader-Telegram

SPORTS NEWS

  • Starting next week, Carson Park will host baseball with brand-new dugouts for UW-Eau Claire and local high schools. The renovated dugouts are 12 feet longer with more seating (upgrades funded partly by donations) and the city plans further improvements in the coming offseason.  WQOW
