GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ Wisconsin’s spring election will be held Tuesday with contests for a state Supreme Court seat, state superintendent of public instruction, and a ballot measure to require photo ID for voting that will show early signs of the state’s political mood. Registered voters may cast their ballots until 9 p.m. ET and the Associated Press will declare winners once vote counting is complete (tomorrow). WQOW
