- ➤ A vehicle rolled over and caught fire near mile marker 71 of I-94 on Monday morning at 2:30 a.m. in Eau Claire— the driver exited safely and EMS treated him while a fire engine put out the flames. News8000.com

- ➤ An 18-year-old Eau Claire man charged with first degree intentional homicide, reckless use of a firearm, possession of a firearm while intoxicated, and bail jumping pleaded not guilty after fatally shooting a 21-year-old Chippewa Falls man multiple times on Jan. 25 at a home on the 2700 block of Western Avenue—another suspect now faces charges for aiding a felon by hiding the gun.
