- ➤ Valley Sports Academy is hosting a free sports event Sunday, March 15, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. in Lake Hallie as it becomes a nonprofit organization. - ➤ Queen’s Dry Cleaning & Laundromat is set to raise prices when the 20% water rate hike approved by city council takes effect on April 1, as annual water costs climb from $27,000 to $33,000; owner Erin Madden said monitoring water usage will now be a priority. WEAU
- ➤ Sun Country Airlines will relaunch the seasonal route from Eau Claire to Las Vegas this fall as part of its schedule announced today. The service builds on momentum from its winter route between Eau Claire and Fort Myers, with the last run occurring in fall 2024. WEAU
