- ➤ Eau Claire City Council will vote Tuesday on an agreement with youth baseball and softball groups to fundraise for lighting at Jeffers Park. - ➤ Local lawmakers met to propose expanding BadgerCare so more residents, including small business owners, can buy coverage outside strict Medicaid limits — a change they say could offer affordable, continuous health insurance. The bill has not yet reached the Assembly floor. WEAU
