- ➤ Chippewa Valley Veterans Tribute will receive a $160K donation from an Altoona VFW to fund a new memorial honoring local Vietnam War veterans + the project is expected to be installed later this year. Leader-Telegram
- ➤ VFW Post 10405 is donating $160,000 from its building sale to fund a Vietnam War memorial on the Veterans Tribute Trail in River Prairie Park that will feature a granite wall and a life-sized soldier; a matching campaign to raise $200,000 will launch at the end of this month. WQOW
