- ➤ Residents opposed Ridge Breeze Dairy’s permit to grow from 1,700 to 6,500 cows. They gathered at the state Department of Administration building on Clairemont Avenue Tuesday — voicing environmental concerns and planning to testify against the expansion. WEAU
ECONOMY NEWS
- ➤ Gas prices in Eau Claire jumped from about $2.50 on Monday to over $3 Tuesday morning, with Kwik Trip stations charging $3.09. The increase is driven by the summer blend shift and international conflict, and by today crude oil climbed nearly $6, nearing $78 per barrel. WQOW
