- ➤ At Flynn Elementary's fifth annual principal in training fundraiser, six-year-old Stella Pineda (6) served as principal for a day on Friday, greeting students and parents at drop-off. The event raised funds to ensure every student receives a yearbook. WEAU
- ➤ Eau Claire North Special Education teacher Colleen O’Leary was honored as the 2025-2026 Golden Apple Award recipient on Saturday — she received $500 from sponsors C&M Homebuilders and Eau Claire Public Schools Foundation — with North principal Nicole Vinopal praising her balance of humor and high expectations for her students.
